* Once we receive your email, we will reply within 48 hours (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) with the items which are available for shipping, as well as the final amount.
* In that same confirmation email, you will also find the unique order number; please use this at all times for further info and or communication about this order.
* No orders will be send without a full pre-payment
* If, due by unforeseen circumstances, we aren't able to send you the complete order, after reception of your payment, we will send the missing goodies as soon as they are back in stock on our expenses. If at any time before shipping you wish to cancel the missing goodies, you just have to notify us by email, using the before mentioned unique order code, and your payment info’s, and we'll wire back the amount for the missing goodies.
* as you can find below, as well for shipping and payment ways, you have the choice between cheaper (for your own responsibility) and more expensive (for our responsibility) ways. Once you choose for the cheaper way, we decline all responsibility once the order is in the hands of any postal company.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

* when your payment is in, but due to circumstances we aren't able to send all what you've ordered, we will notify you by email, and send out the same day whatever is available. If you don't react on that email, we will send the rest as soon as we possibly can, at OUR expenses. Until the shipment of the last bit, you have at all times the possibility to cancel the items for which we notified you that they weren't available.
* we try to email you when the order has been shipped, but due to the high amount of orders, we cannot assure such communication at all times. You are free at all times of course to send an email for information about the status.

All our Merchandise is made by professional companies in Europe.
Used trademarks are, a.o.: Fruit of the Loom - B&C - Pomadore.
Before it will be shipped to you, we always check everything, to be sure that you get the best possible quality!

However:
* Textile colors might be slightly different; there is absolutely nothing to do about that. It can never be a reason to return any received orders.
* Sizes are (when available) S - M - L - XL - XXL, which can be considered as "European Standards". If you receive another size as ordered, you have the right to return that item at our expenses. If you ordered a certain size, you receive that specific size from us, but when you try it at home it doesn’t please you how it fits, you can email us to change it, but that will be at all times for your own expenses.

If at any times there are complaints or whatever about the order; email us please... we are there to solve the problems. Keeping the dialogue between you and us going, leads always to a satisfying solution.
